    • ✓Downloads: Downloading and saving the font preview images you create

    Prohibited Use

    You may NOT use Fontify Tattoos for the following purposes:

    • ✗Reverse Engineering: Attempting to copy or replicate our service

    Intellectual Property

    Your Content: You retain all rights to the text you enter into our generator. We do not claim any ownership over your custom text or the designs you create.

    Our Service: The Fontify Tattoos website, design, code, and branding are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

    Font Licenses: The fonts displayed on our service are sourced from Google Fonts and other providers. Each font has its own license terms. The downloaded images are for preview purposes and do not grant you rights to the underlying font files.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    Fontify Tattoos is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

    Important Tattoo Disclaimer

    Fontify Tattoos is a design visualization tool only. We are not responsible for:

    • ⚠How the final tattoo looks compared to our digital preview
    • ⚠The quality of work performed by your chosen tattoo artist
    • ⚠Any medical complications from getting a tattoo
    • ⚠Spelling errors or design choices in your custom text

    Always consult with a professional tattoo artist before getting any tattoo. Font previews may look different when applied to skin.

    Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

    Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
